ABSTRACT: To comprehensively elucidate the cellular composition of neuroblastoma bone metastatic and non-metastatic microenvironment. Bone marrow tissue from neuroblastoma patients were obtained from surgical room. We used 10× Geno- mics platform to profile single cell RNA sequencing, including 8 metastatic and 7 non-metastatic samples
