ABSTRACT: The skin Microbiome stratifies Patients with CTCL into two subgroups. One subgroup has a balanced microbiome, while the other subgroups has a skin dybiosis with S. aureus outgrow. This is accompanied by impaired TCR repertoir and poor clinical outcome.
