High-throughput sequencing analysis of mRNA and lncRNA in macrophages of wild-type and GM1082-/- mice

ABSTRACT: At the epigenetic level, lncRNAs play important roles in cell differentiation and function. We identified novel long-stranded non-coding RNA (GM1082) in macrophage.We used high-throughput sequencing to detail the global programme of gene expression and identified distinct classes of up or down regulated genes in macrophage of wild-type and GM1082-/- mice.
