Immunocompetent models of brain parenchymal and leptomeningeal metastasis

ABSTRACT: Using iterative in vivo selection strategy, we generated a series of mouse metastatic lines with increased tropism for brain parenchyma or leptomeninges, to faithfully recapitulate the hallmarks of human disease.
