ABSTRACT: We combined scRNA-seq and a photoconvertible mouse model to study the spatiotemporal dynamics of macrophages and dendritic cells (DCs) in murine tumours including their migration to the lymph node, including the effects of immune checkpoint therapy (anti-PD-L1).
