Transcriptomic Analysis of A549 cells (CC), corresponding 40 Gy radioresistant (RR) cells and respective tumorosphere cells (CCsp and RRsp)

ABSTRACT: Initially radio-resistant cell line (40 Gy RR) was generated by treating A549 clonogenic cells with a dose of 5 Gy/fraction eight times. We then evaluated Transcriptomic analysis of A549 cells (CC), generated radioresistant cells (RR) and respective tumorospheroids of A549 and radioresistant cells (CCsp and RRsp).
