ABSTRACT: To investigate the cooperative function of dermal fibroblast and mast cell in inducing mast cell tolerance to commensals We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of mast cells, and mast cells conditioned by dermal fibroblasts before and after treatments with commensal bacteria supernatants.
