M2-exo transfers funcional microRNA to IEC

ABSTRACT: In our study, sequencing results revealed a miRNA-mRNA modulated network in M2-exo treated IEC. This suggested that M2 macrophages load multiple miRNAs into exosomes, which then resolve ulcerative colitis by activating or inhibiting signaling pathways associated with proliferation and inflammation.
