Integrative analysis of transcriptome, microRNA-seq and metabolome reveals an essential role of exogenous melatonin in enhancing salt stress tolerance during seed germination in maize [miRNA-seq]


ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of melatonin in salt tolerance of maize, we determine the seed germinated rate of maize under CK, NaCl and NaCl+melatonin. We then performed miRNA profiling analysis using data obtained from miRNA-seq of the seeds of three different treatments.
