Effect of NMT inhibition on a model of NALFD in mice

ABSTRACT: To examine the effects of NMTi treatment on progression of NAFLD model, mice on chow or high-fat diet were treated with vehicle or additionally on high-fat diet treated with DDD86481. Transcriptional analysis was performed after 19 weeks of high-fat diet with monthly treatments with 3 rounds of NMT inhibitor treatment.
