Whole transcriptome sequencing of E. coli BW25113 wt and nudC knockout strains

ABSTRACT: In the present study we performed total RNA sequencing of E. coli BW25113 wt and nudC knockout strains. RNA-seq analysis revealed that the inactivation of nudC gene in bacteria shows alteration of level of sRNA and protein-coding transcripts mainly associated with bacterial chemotaxis and flagellar assembly pathways.
