Gene expression changes in different clones of SAMHD1 knock-out (KO) cells grown in 3D structures (spheroids)

ABSTRACT: To explore the mechanisms underlying SAMHD1 effect on breast cancer prognosis whole transciptome profiling was performed in WT and in different clones of SAMHD1-KO breast cancer cell line (T47D cells) grown in spheroids. Spheroids represents better the tumor microenvironment.
