Transcriptomic changes of sleep and genotype dependent states in 5xFAD mouse model of amyloidosis.

ABSTRACT: Our aim was to investigate whether and how changes in sleep influences microglial function in the brain. We chronically sleep deprived mice expressing humanized TREM2 common variant, and mice without TREM2 expression in the presence or absence of amyloid plaques (Aβ).
