Activation of GPCR-GNAS-PKA signaling in melanoma cells impairs T cell infiltration to dampen antitumor immunity

ABSTRACT: To investigate the machanism by which MC1R represses the expression of a subset of IFNg reponsvie genes. We then performed ATAC seq and H3K27ac ChIP-seq to identify promoter and enhancer of MC1R-repressed IFNg reponsive genes.
