Viral and host RNA dynamics in tissues from lethal Ebola virus disease in rhesus monkeys

ABSTRACT: To assess the molecular basis of EVD infection across time, we performed host and viral RNA sequencing on 17 distinct tissue types from 21 infected rhesus monkeys. We then analyzed gene expression changes and viral mutation patterns.
