Comprehensive the effect of ZNRF1 on TLR3 activation in bone marrow-derived macrophages upon poly(I:C) stimulation

ABSTRACT: To evaluate comprehensively the effect of ZNRF1 on TLR3 activation, we stimulated WT or Znrf1 knockout BMDM with poly(I:C) for 4 hours. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of duplicate samples.
