Transcriptome analysis of bulk-HSCs, LT-HSCs and ST-HSCs.

ABSTRACT: Here, we used bulk-RNAseq of bulk-HSCs (Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2- ), LT-HSCs (Hoxb5+Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2- ), and ST-HSCs (Hoxb5-Lineage-c-Kit+Sca-1+CD150+CD34-/loFlk2- ) from young (2-3 months) or aged (23-25 months) mice to compare age-associated transcriptomic changes.
