Xanthomonas citri pv fuscans transcriptomic changes during the contamination of Phaseolus vulgaris seeds

ABSTRACT: To investigate the bacterial functions involved in seed contamination during their formation, we sequenced bacterial mRNA at 24, 35 and 42 days after pollination (DAP). Gene expression was compared between the different stages.
