Effect of IL-15 dose on cultured splenic NK cells [ATAC-seq]

ABSTRACT: We cultured splenic NK cells in either low (10 ng/ml) or high (100 ng/ml) doses of IL-15 for ~72 hours. We then performed ATAC-seq to compare differentially accessible regions.
