Cardiomyocyte βII Spectrin Plays a Critical Role in Maintaining Cardiac Function via Regulating Mitochondrial Respiratory Function
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the Cardiomyocyte βII Spectrin in the regulation of mitochondrial respiratory function, we established mouse neonatal cardiomyocytes (NCMs) in which SPTBN1 has been knocked down by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cells at the same point.
