RNA-seq data analysis of TgAP2XII-1 on Toxoplasma gondii merozoites development [ME49 XII-1 RNAseq]

ABSTRACT: To investigate transcriptional role of TgAP2XII-1 on type II Toxoplasma gondii (ME49 Tir1), an auxin inducible degron system was introduced to control the protein expression of TgAP2XII-1 and the target protein could be totally degradated in 3h after adding IAA.
