COVID-19 vaccination is associated with attenuation of inflammatory responses during breakthrough disease [long-read RNA-Seq]

ABSTRACT: A subset of individualsenrolledina randomised controlled trial ofChAdOx1 nCoV-19 and received either ChAdOx1 COVID-19 or control MenACWY vaccine whoexperienced COVID-19-associated symptoms were evaluated using multi-omictechnologies. Participants were selected to represent symptomatic individuals with and without COVID-19 as determined by a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT).
