Epigenome analysis of control-siRNA and PHGDH-siRNA treated Human Immortalized Epidermal cells (HaCaT cells)

ABSTRACT: Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of control-siRNA and PHGDH-siRNA treated HaCaT cells. The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 853000 CpGs in HaCaT cells. Samples included 2 control-treated HaCaT cells and 2 PHGDH-siRNA treated HaCaT cells.
