Tumor-infiltrating gamma delta T-cells reveal exhausted subsets with remarkable heterogeneity in colorectal cancer

ABSTRACT: Here, we sought to investigate the expression pattern of inhibitory receptors and functional state of TI-γδ T-cells, and reveal the features of exhausted TI γδ T-cells in the TME of CRC. In this study, the γδ T-cell subpopulations and gene expression profiles of TI-γδ T-cells and colonic intraepithelial lymphocytes (IELs) were analyzed by single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq).
