The results of RNA-seq for EhracM gene silencing strain and EhracJ gene silencing strain

ABSTRACT: To know the role of Rho small GTPases of enteric protozoan parasite Entamoeba histolytica, ten Rho small GTPases were specifically silenced and examined the effect on virulence-related phenotypes. Among them, EhRacM gene silence caused an enhancement in macropinocytosis. To clarify transcriptomic difference in EhRacM gene silenceing strain, RNA-seq analysis was conducted.
