Investigation of circular RNA expression profiles in ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation-treated transplanted tumor models of human liver cancer

ABSTRACT: Following RFA treatment, 76 DE-circRNAs were detected (|fold changes |>1.5, P-value <0.05), among which 21 were up-regulated and 55 were down-regulated.
