Transcriptional profiling of 12 month striatum and cortex from a mouse model of Huntington's disease (Q140) crossed with Msh2 heterozygous or homozygous conditional knockout mice [Msh2_12mon]

ABSTRACT: Striatum and cortex were isolated from 12-month-old Msh2 flox/flox or Msh2 +/flox mice crossed with the Rgs9Cre+/- and Q140 knock-in (KI) HD mice and their respective controls. Transcriptomic analysis (RNASeq) was performed on 9 genotypes: Msh2fl/fl, Het (Q140) KI X Msh2fl/fl, Rgs9Cre+/-, Het (Q140) KI X Rgs9Cre+/-, Het (Q140) KI X Rgs9Cre+/- X Msh2+/fl, Rgs9Cre+/- X Msh2fl/fl, Het (Q140) KI X Rgs9Cre+/- X Msh2fl/fl, Het (Q140) KI, and WT; 6-8 replicates per genotype.
