Investigating microRNA Profiles in Prostate Cancer Bone Metastases

ABSTRACT: The aim of this small screening study was to identify differentially expressed miRNAs in clinical PC bone metastasis (n=14) in comparisson to beinging postate (n=7) and localized PC (n=7). Short RNA from 28 tissue samples were analyzed on 3D-Gene® microarray platform (Toray Industries, Tokyo, Japan).
