ABSTRACT: We report the single cell RNA sequencing of mouse CD8+ T cells sorted from the spleen into three differentiation subsets: effector, precursor exhausted and terminally exhausted. CD8 T cells from mice treated with anti-CD137 or an isotype control are compared.
