Transcriptomic changes in aortic endothelial cells and heart tissue in Hmox2-/- mice.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Hemeoxygenase 2 (Hmox2-/-) plays key roles in oxygen sensing in carotid body and exhibit spontaneous apneas during sleep and elevated levels of catecholamines. Here we investigated the transcriptomic changes with RNA-sequencing in aortic ECs and heart tissue to understand the changes that occur in Hmox2-/- mice.
