Localized Prox1 regulates aortic valve endothelial cell diversity and extracellular matrix stratification

ABSTRACT: We report CUT&RUN experiments to profile the genomic binding dynamics of V5-tagged Prox1 in isolated aortic valve cells from 1 month old NFATc1enCre Prox1 KI/+ mice or H3K27ac in isolated aortic valve endothelial cells from 1 month old wildtype mice.
