ABSTRACT: Whole genome microarray was carried out using biopsy sample from four TBP patients where 1856 genes were found to be differentially expressed (DEGs) as compared to in-vitro grown M.tb H37Rv. The number of upregulated genes (1365) was higher in comparison to downregulated genes (491).
