Dynamic genome Chromatin accessibility of T lymphocyte under microgravity condition

ABSTRACT: In space flight, microgravity may be sensed and transmitted through cellular and nuclear structures, thereby altering nuclear plasticity, chromatin organization and openness, which in turn leads to differential gene expression. Studies on genome-wide chromatin openness under microgravity environments will help to clarify whether the Earth's gravity is stable and maintains the structure and openness of chromatin, as well as the steady-state conditions that constitute genome modification. At the same time, it will provide a strong scientific basis for astronaut's protection under extreme conditions.
