Deficiency of MiR-409-3p Improves Myocardial Neovascularization and Function Through the Modulation of DNAJB9/p38 MAPK signaling

ABSTRACT: We investigated the metabolic regulation of miR-409-3p in post-infarct angiogenesis. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of miR-409-3p or Non-specific control transfected HUVECs under palmitate treatment.
