Long term effects of CCR2+ myeloid cell depletion on islet cell populations identified by scRNA-seq

ABSTRACT: Pancreatic islets were isolated from 1 month and 6 months old CCR2-DTR+/- and wild type mice, previously treated with diphtheria toxin to transiently deplete CCR2+ myeloid cells during the first 10 days of life.
