MiRNA profile of young mice and aged mice

ABSTRACT: Paternal aging has been reported to be related with offspring`s increased risk of autism spectrum disorders. However, effect of miRNAs in sperm has not been investigated. We used microarray to investigate whether miRNA profile were changed with aging.
