ABSTRACT: DNA methylation profiling of experimental DR model and that treated with LTF. Goal was to determine the methylated differentially expressed genes (MDEGs) in the pathogenesis of DR and the specific molecular mechanisms of LTF on regulating DNA methylation modification.
