Dihydroartemisinin sensitizes cancer cells to ferroptosis in multiple myeloma


ABSTRACT: High-throughput transcriptome sequencing was used to identify differentially expressed protein-encoding genes after DHA treatment. Additionally, differential gene enrichment analyses using the Gene Ontology Resource (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) databases were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the effects of DHA on the signaling pathways and biological processes of U266 and LP-1 myeloma cells.
