ABSTRACT: To investigate the mechanism by which Treg cell positioning is regulated in our manuscript,we performed RNAseq on tumor Treg cells from Apc Min/+ Foxp3 DTR mice versus normal colonic Treg cells from Foxp3 DTR mice.
