Transcriptomic taxonomy analysis of ovarian cells during primordial assembly in goats

ABSTRACT: To understand how the development of primordial follicles is controlled by a complex network of interactions between oocytes and ovarian somatic cells in goat, we performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) from goat E85 and E125 fetal ovaries.
