Single cell RNA sequencing of In vivo mouse xenograft tissues from two human TRa1 anaplastic thyroid cancer cell line

ABSTRACT: We used scRNA-seq technology to study mouse xenograft tissues from two human TRa1 anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) cell lines. Our analysis demonstrated that TRa1 functions as a transcription factor through multiple signaling pathways to suppress tumor growth. Importantly, scRNA-seq analysis showed that TRa1-induced PAX8, via its transcription program, shifts the cell landscape of ATC toward a differentiated state.
