Multi-omic analysis of NCOR SMRT function in macrophages
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To compare NCOR and SMRT transcriptional repressor complexes in macrophages, we conducted an analysis of protein binding patterns, transcriptomic patterns, and epigenome correlations. Our systematic research revealed both the similarities and functional specificities of NCOR and SMRT, highlighting the synergistic and differential regulation characteristics of these complexes in macrophages. These findings offer a deeper understanding of the distinct manifestations of epigenome differential regulation.
