ABSTRACT: Mice were administered 100μL of 20mg/mL tamoxifen every other day for 5 doses, and recovered for 1 week before being subctaneously injected with 500 L3 larvae or saline. Mice were euthanized after 30 days. The lungs were excised and digested to generate a single cells suspension, from which total RNA was extracted from 1 million cells for gene expression analysis.
