Gene expression profile at single cell level of bone metastases from triple-negative breast cancer in mice.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) bone metastasis has been lacking targeted therapy options. Our research has identified the androgen receptor (AR) as a potential driver of TNBC bone metastasis. To investigate the role of AR in TNBC bone metastasis, we utilized the iliac artery injection method to establish mouse models of bone metastasis. Subsequently, we administered PBS/DHT injections to explore the effects of AR on TNBC bone metastasis in mice.
