ABSTRACT: In urothelial carcinoma, up to 70% of mutations are caused by mutagenic activity of the APOBEC3 deaminases. To dissect the role of APOBEC3 in the progression of UC, we generated a mouse model UPPA with conditional knock out of Pten and Trp53 in addition to mouse Apobec3 (mA3) overexpression and scRNAseq was performed on the mouse bladder tumors.
