ABSTRACT: Reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) on the same TGFβ-treated AKPS lines (with EV or Smad4) revealed that Smad4 impacts DNA methylation (DNAme), with decreases in intergenic DNAme as the most impacted in our CCA models.
