Novel perspectives on TRM signature and biology

ABSTRACT: The goal of this study was to better understand the development of resident memory T cells (Trm) and central memory T cells (Tcm). To do this, we performed single-cell RNAseq on antigen-activated OT-1 T cells at serial timepoints collection from both skin and lymph node across 2 months post-vaccination.
