Ultra-fast deep-learned pediatric CNS tumor classification

ABSTRACT: In this study nanopore sequencing was applied to obtain sparse DNA methylation profiles from pediatric CNS tumor samples. A neural network was used to classify the tumor based on the obtained methylation profile.
