Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling of cell-free DNA in nipple aspirate fluid for breast cancer

ABSTRACT: Nipple aspriate fluid (NAF) were obtained from 7 women including 3 breast cancer patients. Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) were isolated and bisulfite sequencing using Illumina HiSeq X Ten platform.
