Single cell profiling of primary and paired metastatic lymph node tumors and adjacent normal thyroid in a papillary thyroid carcinoma patient

ABSTRACT: In the present study, we measured gene expression levels of 3 tissue samples from a young female patient with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) using scRNA-seq technology and tried to uncover the mechanisms of promoting lymph node metastasis of PTC.
